Things To Know
This is a mandatory Home Owners Association Community
Annual Assessments (in the amount set by the Board of Directors) are due Jan 1st of each year.
Homeowners must have Architectural Control Committee approval prior to making any exterior changes.
Including landscape lights, trees/shrubs, and ground covering
Exterior modifications (front and rear of home, including fences, walls, deck, patio, garage and all exterior doors).
Hickory Hills does not allow renting (long or short term), leasing of any property.
Hickory Hills does not allow the operation of a Commercial Business nor advertisements of any business on vehicles visible in the driveway.
Street parking is not allowed for Hickory Hills residents. Exceptions are parties, temporary parking, etc.
Trailers, buses, large trucks, recreational vehicles (RV’s and motor homes), boats, ATVs, and vehicles used primarily for commercial purposes must be parked in the garage.
